    Be part of the momentum. We are currently seeking one temporary Administrative Assistant to join our Administrative team. The contract length will be from February to mid-May 2019, with the possibility of extension and/or to become permanent. MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Strategically supporting the firm, our Administration team anticipates the needs of our team members and Partners. We effectively communicate information for service lines, industry and specialty groups, and operations at all levels throughout the firm. Our administrators support initiatives and ensure efficiency, allowing MNP to better serve our clients and people.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Performance Expectations

    • Scan documents
    • Create, maintain and update spreadsheets
    • Input data
    • May be asked to perform various other administrative duties such as fielding incoming calls and directing visitors, sorting and distrbuting mail and courier packages, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and preparing and modifying documents.

    Credentials

    • One (1) to two (2) years of related office administrative experience
    • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Completion of related post-secondary education in administration would be considered an asset

    Although primary working hours will be during the weekdays, candidates must be available to work occassional evenings and weekends as requested.
