You will work directly with experienced senior people on several client engagements and internal projects during your time here.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Performance Expectations

    • Assist in the research, collection, analysis and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data for the purpose of proposing, planning and implementing business improvements for clients
    • Participate in research and review of reports, interviews, focus groups and surveys
    • Execute financial modeling, business planning, feasibility studies, strategic planning, operational planning, program reviews, program redesigns and other forms of consulting
    • Support business process mapping and analysis with a focus on improving outcomes
    • Support business and program assessments focused around people, process and technology; identify potential issues and risks
    • Coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders consistent with project plans
    • Assist in delivering formal presentations and reports for client engagements and industry presentations
    • Support the design, development, formatting and proof reading of high-quality professional reports, proposals, correspondence, engagement letters, client summaries and presentations
    • Support the delivery of high-quality client service to ensure client needs are responded to in a timely, accurate and professional manner
    • Develop positive working relationships with clients at the peer and management level
    • Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry
    • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes while effectively using MNP internal programs and systems

    Credentials

    • Currently completing a Bachelor or Graduate Degree;
    • Demonstrated knowledge of general business principles with general knowledge of Finance, Marketing, Planning, Human Resources, Technology and Operations
    • Experience in customer service and/or client service
    • Analytical skills in reporting, data analysis and data visualization
    • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Ability to create compelling visualization an asset (e.g. graphic design, infographics, etc.)
